Add the UDRIVE Safeguard service to your rental to be exempt from up to NT$100,000 in compensation liability and business loss as stipulated in the rental agreement, in the event of vehicle damage.

♡Pricing Plans♡

⚠️ Late returns will be charged based on the same logic as standard car rentals, fees will be calculated proportionally according to the overtime duration.

⚠️ The exact Safeguard pricing for each vehicle model is as shown in the system.

⚠️ Rental members are subject to an approval process. UDRIVE reserves the right to determine eligibility for purchasing Safeguard.

⚠️ Pricing is based on the above standards. However, UDRIVE may adjust the rate depending on factors such as the renter’s driving experience, traffic violation record, nationality, etc.

⚠️ If you need to add “Safe Guard” for co-driver, it will be charged according to the same rates. Please provide identity card or passport, valid driving license, and international driving permit of co- driver, we reserve the right to review.

⚠️ Safeguard cannot be canceled after the vehicle has been picked up. Renters with two or more vehicle damage incidents within a year are not eligible to purchase Safeguard.

Important Notice

★ In the event of an accident, you must immediately call 110 to report to the police and obtain an official incident report. Post-incident reporting is not accepted.

★ The Safeguard coverage period must match the total rental duration, including any extensions or late returns.

★ If multiple accidents occur under the same rental agreement, Safeguard applies only to the first incident.

★ Safe Guard DOES NOT cover the following situation:

❌Diminished vehicle resale value

❌Vehicle theft

❌Intentional vehicle damage

❌Loss or damage of car keys

❌Loss or damage of interior equipment

❌Damage of individual rims or tires

❌Interior stains

❌Total loss of the vehicle

❌Damage to parts and accessories that are not originally installed by the car manufacturer as a fixed part of the vehicle and included in the sale price (such as aftermarket modifications, coatings, or films).

❌Accidents caused by a non-renter or unauthorized driver

❌Violations of the car rental agreement, including but not limited to:
– Drunk driving
– Unexplained damage
– Natural disasters not covered by insurance
– Failure to obtain proof of accident from police station
or private settlements with third parties

⚠️ The lessors reserve the right to add or remove lessors and to interpret, modify, or terminate the Safe Guard service and its terms at their sole discretion.
