Welcome to the Uspace Online Vehicle Rental Platform (the “Platform”) operated by Uspace Technology Co., Ltd. (“Company”). The car rental matching services (the “Services”) provided by this Platform are exclusively available to registered members. To access these Services, you must first register as a member and comply with the Company’s User Terms (the “Terms”) and Privacy Policy. Before registering, please carefully review both the Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these documents, we regret to inform you that the Platform cannot provide Services to you, and you must discontinue use. By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms and the Privacy Policy. Non-registered users may still browse Platform content but must comply with the Terms and Privacy Policy during their visit. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease browsing immediately. If the user rents a vehicle from UDRIVE, a rental branch under our company, please also refer to the UDRIVE rental policies and insurance ( https://www.udrive.city/info ).
一、服務內容與使用條件
1. 服務內容
本平台為提供車輛租賃媒合服務之平台。使用者可透過本平台尋找可提供租車服務的租車行(下稱「特約車行」)，並透過本平台預約租車及完成付款。
Service Description
The Platform functions as a vehicle rental matching service provider. Users may utilize the Platform to find affiliated rental operators (“Rental Operators”) who are capable of providing vehicle rental services, and complete rental reservations as well as payments through the Platform.
2. 使用資格
本服務適用對象為年滿 20 歲以上、具備合法駕照、能合法駕駛所承租車輛且具備本平台會員資格之自然人。
Eligibility
The Services are available exclusively to individuals who are: (1) at least 20 years of age, (2) in possession of a valid driver’s license, (3) legally permitted to operate the rented vehicle, and (4) holding an active membership on the Platform.
3. 條款同意
使用本平台前，使用者應詳閱並同意本使用者條款，並遵守相關法律規定及平台規範。使用者亦應隨時留意本平台公告之內容，以確定本使用條款是否有更新或調整。若使用者持續使用本平台，視為同意最新版之使用條款。
Acceptance of Terms
Before using the Platform, users must thoroughly review and agree to these Terms, and comply with all applicable laws and Platform regulations. Users are further required to regularly monitor Platform announcements to confirm any updates or modifications to these Terms. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of the Terms.
4. 媒合性質說明
本平台僅提供車輛租賃媒合服務，租車契約成立於特約車行與使用者之間，車輛所有權、使用權及其他租車契約之服務等，應由特約車行提供。若使用者與特約車行因締結或履行租車契約而發生任何爭議，應由使用者與特約車行依租車契約及相關法規自行處理。
Matching Service
The Platform solely provides vehicle rental matching services. The vehicle rental agreement (“Rental Agreement”) is made and entered by and between the Rental Operators and users. Ownership rights, usage rights, and all services related to the Rental Agreement shall be provided by the Rental Operators. In the event of any dispute arising from the formation or execution of a Rental Agreement between users and Designated Rental Operators, such disputes shall be resolved independently between the involved parties pursuant to the terms of the Rental Agreement and applicable laws.
二、預約與取消 / Booking & Cancellation
1. 預約確認
預約完成後，尚需收到電子郵件或簡訊確認訂單後，訂單始成立，本平台並將以電子郵件或簡訊提供詳細取車資訊。
Booking Confirmation
The reservation becomes valid only AFTER receipt of an email or SMS confirmation of the order. Upon confirmation, the Platform will provide detailed vehicle pickup information via email or SMS.
2. 取消政策
訂單成立前，使用者可免費取消預約；訂單成立後，若使用者欲取消預約，應依照本平台訂定之取消政策進行，並可能產生相應之取消費用或沒收一定比例之定金。
Cancellation Policy
Prior to order confirmation, users may cancel reservations free of charge. Once an order is confirmed, any cancellation must comply with the Platform’s cancellation policy and may incur applicable cancellation fees or forfeiture of a specified deposit percentage.
3. 不可抗力因素
如因天災、不可抗力或其他非人為因素導致無法提供本服務，本公司有權取消訂單並辦理退款。
Force Majeure
In the event that the Services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, force majeure, or other non-human factors, the Company reserves the right to cancel orders and process refunds.
4. 替代方案
如特約車行因故無法於預定租車日交付訂單預定車輛，特約車行將優先提供使用者至少同級之車輛作為替代方案；若不接受特約車行提供之替代方案，使用者應即向本平台提出申訴，客訴處理期間經過且本平台判定申訴成立者，本平台將取消訂單並予以全額退款。
Alternative Arrangements
If a Rental Operator is unable to deliver the reserved vehicle on the scheduled rental date, the Operator shall provide the user with at least a vehicle of equivalent class as an alternative in priority. If the user declines the offered alternative, they must immediately file a complaint through the Platform. Upon expiration of the complaint review period and the Platform’s determination that the complaint is valid, the Platform will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. 未取車視同違約
若使用者未取消預約後訂單，至預訂取車日卻未依約前往取車，視為未依約使用服務，本平台將不予退款。
No-Show Policy
If a user fails to cancel a confirmed reservation and does not appear to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled date, this constitutes a breach of service agreement. In such cases, the Platform will not issue any refund.
6. 定金返還政策
若因可歸責於使用者之因素而無法履行訂單(含逾時取消訂單)，依特約車行之政策，將可能沒收一定比例之定金。惟若使用者係向UDRIVE承租車輛，定金沒收之比例則依UDRIVE取消政策決定。
Deposit Refund Policy
If the failure to fulfill the order (including overdue cancellations) is due to reasons attributable to the user, a certain percentage of the deposit may be forfeited according to the policies of the respective Rental Operator. However, if the user rents a vehicle from UDRIVE, the percentage of the deposit forfeiture will be determined in accordance with UDRIVE’s cancellation policy.
三、租金與付款政策 / Rental Fees & Payment Policy
1. 衍生費用支付方式
除租金與其他有註明須預先收取之費用外，若有其他衍生費用（包含但不限於：安全座椅租用、增加額外駕駛人、車內配備選用），應由使用者於車輛交付現場支付予特約車行。
Payment of Additional Charges
In addition to the rental fee and any explicitly specified prepayable charges, all ancillary fees (including but not limited to: safety seat rentals, additional driver fees, and optional vehicle equipment) shall be paid by the user directly to the Rental Operator at the vehicle delivery location.
2. 付款方式
所有費用均應透過本平台指定之付款方式完成，使用者應確認付款資訊正確無誤。
Payment Methods
All payments must be made through the methods designated by the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of payment details.
3. 取車文件與信用卡要求
使用者於取車時，務必攜帶承租人本人身分證或護照正本、汽車駕照正本、當次交易線上預訂之信用卡及其他當次訂單要求之文件、押金或擔保品等，以供核對。
Pickup Requirements
At vehicle pickup, users must present the following original documents for verification: (1) the renter’s government-issued ID (e.g., passport or national ID card), (2) a valid driver’s license, (3) the credit card used for the online reservation, and (4) any additional documents, deposits, or collateral specified in the reservation.
4. 付款失敗
若使用者未完成付款程序，本平台有權取消預約。
Payment Failure
If payment is not completed, the Platform reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding any amounts paid.
四、保險與責任 / Insurance & Liability
1. 發生事故處理
如發生事故，使用者應立即聯繫平台及特約車行處理，並依照保險及平台規定辦理；特約車行提出處理方案後，使用者應即通知本平台後續事故情形及特約車行之處理方案，以利本平台即時介入處理以維護使用者權益。
In Case of an Accident
In the event of an accident, the user must immediately notify both the Platform and the Rental Operator, and proceed in accordance with insurance requirements and Platform’s regulations. Upon receiving the Operator’s proposed resolution, the user must promptly inform the Platform of the accident details and the Operator’s solution to facilitate immediate intervention for user rights protection.
2. 損害責任
使用者應負責妥善保管車輛，若因使用不當而造成損害，須自行負擔維修與賠償責任。
Damage Responsibility
Users are responsible for proper vehicle care. Any damage caused by improper use shall be borne by the user.
3. 保險政策
若使用者租用車輛期間發生保險事故，責任釐清、理賠範圍及相關事項應依特約車行之保險政策決定決定。惟若使用者係向UDRIVE承租車輛，上述事項依UDRIVE之保險政策決定。
Insurance Policy
If an insurance incident occurs during the vehicle rental period, the determination of liability, scope of compensation, and related matters shall be governed by the insurance policies of the respective Rental Operator. However, if the user rents a vehicle from UDRIVE, the aforementioned matters shall be determined in accordance with UDRIVE’s insurance policy.
五、使用規範 / Usage Rules
1. 合法使用
使用者應依照法律規定與本平台規範合法駕駛，不得用於非法用途。
Legal Use
Users must drive lawfully and in accordance with platform regulations. Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes.
2. 禁止轉借
車輛僅限登記使用者本人使用，不得轉租或交由他人駕駛。
No Subleasing
Vehicles may only be driven by the registered renter and may not be subleased or used by others.
3. 高風險駕駛行為
使用者不得進行競速、甩尾、越野等高風險駕駛行為。
High-Risk Driving
Racing, drifting, off-road driving, or other high-risk activities are prohibited.
4. 取車檢查
使用者必須於取車時檢查車輛狀況，如有任何損壞或異常，應於取車時告知特約車行處理。
Vehicle Inspection
Users must inspect the vehicle at pickup. Any damage or issues must be reported to the Rental Operator at that time.
5. 取車安全規範
如使用者取車時未備齊取車文件(含信用卡)、取車者與線上訂單之預約人所載不符或有出車安全之疑慮者，特約車行得不與使用者簽訂租車契約以及交車。此筆訂單無法履行之結果應由使用者自行負責，本公司不負擔任何賠償責任並將依據第二條取消訂單之規定處理。
Vehicle Pickup Safety Protocols
Should a user fail to present all required pickup documents (including the designated credit card), if the pickup individual does not match the reservation details, or if safety concerns regarding vehicle operation arise, the Rental Operator reserves the right to refuse rental agreement execution and vehicle handover. The user bears full responsibility for the resulting order cancellation, and the Company assumes no liability for compensation. Such cases will be processed under the order cancellation provisions outlined in Article 2.
6. 禁止平台外交易
使用者不得越過本平台，直接或間接與特約車行進行車輛租賃或其他形式之交易。如有特約車行勸誘使用者規避本平台而為交易者，使用者應即通知本平台。若使用者違反本條款，本公司得取消、暫停使用者之權限或終止使用者使用本服務之權利。
本使用條款不適用於任何非透過本平台而進行的交易。
Prohibition of Off-Platform Transactions
Users shall not bypass the Platform to engage in vehicle rentals or any form of transaction directly or indirectly with the Rental Operators. Should any Operator solicit users to circumvent the Platform for transactions, users must immediately notify the Platform. Violation of this clause authorizes the Company to revoke, suspend user privileges, or terminate service access.
These Terms do not govern any transactions conducted outside the Platform.
7. 損害賠償
使用者租用車輛期間，若對車內外造成損害及髒污（包含但不限於：車輛損壞、車內異味、寵物毛髮、嚴重髒污等）、欠繳停車費、遭行政裁罰、車輛遭扣留、有其他足以影響租賃車輛之價值或造成特約車行財產受損者，使用者應依照其與特約車行間的租車契約賠償清潔、維修、營業損失及其他相關費用。
Damages and Compensation
During the rental period, users shall bear full responsibility for compensating Rental Operators for any damage or contamination (including but not limited to: vehicle damage, interior odors, pet hair, severe stains), unpaid parking fees, administrative penalties, vehicle impoundment, or other incidents that diminish the vehicle’s value or harm the Operator’s property. Compensation may cover cleaning fees, repair costs, operational losses, and related expenses as stipulated in the Rental Agreement between the user and the Operator.
六、車輛交還與延遲 / Vehicle Return & Delays
1. 準時還車
使用者應於約定時間與地點將車輛交還，逾時將產生額外費用。
Timely Return
Vehicles must be returned on time and to the designated location. Late returns may incur additional charges.
2. 延長租期
如需延長租期，使用者應至少於預訂還車時間前兩(2)個小時聯繫平台並獲得特約車行同意。
Rental Extension
To extend the rental period, users must contact the Platform and obtain approval from the Designated Rental Operator at least two (2) hours prior to the originally scheduled return time.
3. 還車檢查與損壞賠償
使用者交還車輛時，該車輛應與原交車時狀態保持一致，如該車輛之一部或全部損壞或遺失，使用者應負損害賠償之責。
Return Condition
Upon returning the vehicle, users must ensure it remains in the same condition as when initially received. Should any part of the vehicle be damaged or lost, the user shall bear full liability for damages and compensation.
七、個資保護與資料使用 / Privacy & Data Usage
1. 個資保護
本平台將依個人資料保護法蒐集並妥善保管與使用者有關之資料，並僅於必要範圍內利用該資料。
Data Protection
User data will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and used only as needed for service delivery.
2. 同意資料使用
為使用本服務，使用者同意依本平台或特約車行之要求提供其個人最新、正確且完整之個人資料，並同意本平台於服務期間蒐集、處理及利用其個人資料。
Consent to Use
To access the Services, users agree to provide the most current, accurate, and complete personal data as required by the Platform or the Rental Operators. Users further consent to the Platform’s collection, processing, and utilization of their personal data during the service period.
八、爭議處理與準據法 / Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
1. 準據法律
本條款及所有與本服務有關之事宜，均應適用中華民國法律。
Governing Law
These Terms and all related matters shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
2. 管轄法院
如發生任何爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審專屬管轄法院。
Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the competent court of the first (1st) instance.
